Ty Hafan the only children's hospice based in south Wales was established in 1999. You will see some of the work of Ty Hafan through slides and film clips from a recent television documentary series. Don’t expect to be saddened – expect to be overjoyed that Ty Hafan exists and that we have been privileged to help in its work.
